The brand pays tribute to its female employees on the occasion of International Women’s Day.
Every 8th March, International Women’s Day, we reflect on how far we have come towards gender equality and, above all, what still needs to be done. That is why, on this date, at Stradivarius we give voice to women who inspire us through the ‘We Support Women’s Voices’ movement.
The concept arose from the idea that there is no single way to be a woman, and that the stories and experiences of those who are part of the Stradivarius community can inspire and empower other women to achieve their goals and overcome obstacles.
For this reason, we carried out a casting with more than 400 interviews, and we gave voice to different women who shared their ideas, references, expectations and their vision of a better world.
Moreover, the women who work in the company are an essential part of that community. For this reason, the following year we wanted to give a voice to our female employees, since at Stradivarius more than 85% of the workforce is made up of women. Thanks to this initiative, 14 female colleagues from different parts of the world and with different jobs, lent their voice, thus paying tribute to the 8,631 female workers who are part of our teams and who, day by day, make Stradivarius possible.
