Stradivarius Company Profile

BRAND

We see fashion as a form of expression, a way to have fun and let go. We understand that, just like people, our style changes, evolves, and transforms. That’s why we design our collections with different situations and moments in life in mind. We want you to find the versatility you need in our garments and be there with you every step of the way.

HYSTORY

We were born in 1994 in Barcelona as a family-run women’s fashion company, with a treble clef in our logo. Just five years later, we joined the Inditex family, and since then, we haven’t stopped growing.

PASSION, OUR KEY

People are the key to our success. We believe that every person in our company is unique, and it’s the sum of their stories, experiences, and especially their passion for what they do that allows us to grow and transform every day into the company we aspire to be.

We are committed to ensuring that Stradivarius is a place where everyone feels recognized, motivated, and free to create their own path within our organization. We aim for each day to be filled with passion, energy, and creativity. When passion and professionalism unite, we create the best symphony.

VALUES

We strive every day to make Stradivarius one of the most vibrant places to work in the fashion industry.

DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

We believe in the value of every individual’s authenticity and uniqueness because the best companies thrive on the unique talent and differences each person brings. Therefore, promoting a culture of respect and inclusion is essential to our actions.

Our goal is to create opportunities for everyone by fostering work environments where our teams can fully develop their potential and feel proud to be part of this shared journey.

These are spaces where people can express themselves individually, with zero tolerance for any form of discrimination or harassment. We want every person to feel welcomed, accepted, and unique.

SUSTAINABILITY

We are committed to respecting society and the planet we live on. We want to contribute to the collective effort to ensure that the fashion industry is a force for positive impact.

/A MORE SUSTAINABLE MODEL

We are working towards a more sustainable model, aiming to reduce the environmental footprint of our products and take steps toward a circular model where waste becomes new resources, achieving net-zero emissions. We collaborate with social and environmental organizations, suppliers, academic institutions, startups, and other industries to minimize our impact across all phases of our value chain. This includes selecting materials for our collections, manufacturing processes, distribution to stores, and end-of-life product management.

/RAW MATERIALS

We are committed to innovative, organic, or recycled raw materials to transform our industry, reduce emissions, and use water and energy more efficiently. Our goal is to use only low-impact textile fibers by 2030.

/COMPMMITMENT

As part of our commitment to a circular economy, we eliminated plastic packaging from our stores in 2020 and pledged to remove all single-use plastics for customers, achieving a 95% reduction by 2023. In 2021, we launched the #traetubolsa initiative to encourage bag reuse and reduce the consumption of new packaging.
