Inclusion of people with disabilities is an essential part of our commitment to equality. Through programmes such as Include, we promote access to employment in our shops, offices and logistics centres for people with disabilities of all kinds, and particularly for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
By putting inclusion at the centre, we transform difference into an opportunity for growth for our people. This project is based on development, talent management and opportunity creation, helping to empower people who face systemic barriers every day and who face life with passion and enthusiasm.
Each person who joins the project is supported by a mentor in the shop where they work, who accompanies them in their first days at Stradivarius. In addition, they have the support of an expert in labour integration from outside the brand, in charge of facilitating their adaptation and reinforcing the learning of tasks.
The Incluye Programme allows people with disabilities to develop their skills and talents, contributing to their personal and professional growth, to greater autonomy and independence and to a better quality of life. In addition, the collaboration with local expert organisations reinforces the social integration of people and the sustainability of the programme.
